The Nidom, Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “Nidom”) and its Group Companies have designated the following Information Protection Policy, and will make all efforts to properly manage and protect personal information, as described below.

Information will be properly gathered, managed, used, and provided.
We will prevent unauthorized access to the information, as well as its loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc.
We will comply with laws and regulations applicable to the information, as well as other standards.
We have developed standards for information protection, and will continuously improve upon them.
We will formalize this policy in writing, and disseminate these provisions to all applicable parties.

Purpose of Use

1. Pursuant to a contract between Nidom and the user, Nidom will use personal information gained in order to appropriately provide to the user the full range of products and services offered by Nidom, such as wedding parties, restaurant services, golf, banquets, accommodations, the sale of goods, etc., (and including preparing and sending materials, products, notifications, and confirmations, as well as billing, after service, etc.).

2. In addition to the use for providing products and services pursuant to the contract with the user as defined in the preceding paragraph, such personal information will be used to contact the user for purposes including notifications, questionnaires, customer satisfaction surveys, etc. related to Nidom’s various other operations listed above, using methods including telephone, facsimile, post, courier services, electronic mail, and others.

3. The personal information may be used for computerized and other analysis and statistics in order to serve as a reference for usage status surveys as well as improvement and development of the Nidom’s facilities, products, services, etc.

4. The personal information may be used jointly among Nidom and its Group Companies, within the scope of the purposes defined in the paragraphs under “Joint Use”.

5. Personal information and application documents submitted by persons applying for employment at Nidom will be used as screening materials for employment at Nidom.
Application documents will be stored securely within Nidom, and will not be used for any use other than for employment screening and as post-employment personnel materials.
After employment screening, application documents from any person not employed will be promptly shredded.

Joint Us
Nidom may jointly use personal information gained in the following ways.
On such occasions, Nidom will form appropriate contracts for personal information protection, and will perform necessary supervision.

1. Items of Personal Information to be Used Jointly
The address, name, and gender of the user, as well as information about the user’s past usage history of Nidom’s products and services, as necessary to provide business related products and services, including wedding parties, restaurant services, banquets, accommodations, the sale of goods, golf, etc.

3. Purpose of Use by Joint Users
① Pursuant to a contract between the Group Companies and the user, said companies will use personal information in order to appropriately provide to the user the full range of products and services offered by said companies, such as wedding parties, restaurant services, banquets, accommodations, the sale of goods, golf, etc., and system development (and including preparing and sending materials, products, notifications, and confirmations, as well as billing, after service, etc.). 

② In addition to the use for providing products and services pursuant to the contract with the user as defined in the preceding paragraph, such personal information will be used to contact the user for purposes including notifications, questionnaires, customer satisfaction surveys, etc. related to the Group Companies’ operations, using methods including telephone, facsimile, post, courier services, electronic mail, and others.

③ The personal information may be used for computerized and other analysis and statistics in order to serve as a reference for usage status surveys as well as improvement and development of Group Companies’ facilities, products, services, etc.

Disclosure, Corrections, Discontinuance of Use of Personal Information

In the event that Nidom receives a request regarding the purpose of use of personal information held by Nidom, or the disclosure of the personal information of the requesting party, or a request to delete or discontinue using said information, Nidom will respond as promptly as possible, after confirming that the requesting party is in fact the user in question.
