Wi-Fi service is available in all cottages.

Please note

  • This service is not guaranteed to be available to all guests. It may only be used with Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) compatible devices such as computers, smartphones, tablets and the like. Usage may also depend on the type of communication software and setting of the device (hereafter collectively referred to as "the device"). Please consult the respective maker with regard to the settings of the device in question. The guest is responsible for the setting up of his/her own device and subsequent use of the Wi-Fi service. Please note that the hotel cannot provide support with regard to settings and the like. Please also note that Wi-Fi compatible devices are not available to rent.
  • The guest is responsible for the security settings of his/her own device. Please note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages or claims for compensation (loss of data, virus infection, etc.) due to unauthorized access. It is recommended that guests set their devices to disable any file sharing functions.
  • The service may become unavailable without prior notice, due to circumstances regarding the hotel's telecommunication equipment or provider. Please note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by the loss or reduction in quality of service whilst in use.
  • Please note that the Wi-Fi signal may be unavailable or weak, making usage difficult in some areas.
  • If you normally use a wireless LAN router, please turn off the router function before use.
  • Please refrain from downloading/uploading large files or data that requires lengthy periods of use as this could affect the speed of the service for other guests.
  • If illegal or suspicious behavior, such as the sending of SPAM mail or the like is detected, the hotel reserves the right to stop the guest from using the service.
  • The sending and receiving of mail may not be possible due to the provider's security settings or the server function (VPN) settings on the guest's device. In such cases, guests are responsible for consulting directly with his/her own provider or workplace's system management. Please note that the hotel cannot provide any guidance with regard to such problems.
